Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

We will offer a replacement or a refund after review.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
